Holy shit, I saw this guy this morning, about 45 minutes before the crash! He was on the toll road (I-267), and passed me as I was driving to work. It was raining pretty heavily, but he didn't seem to be driving aggressively. It was a very clean-looking 360 roadster with a black top. I didn't bother to snap a pic because, you know, I was driving in the rain. So sorry to hear that this ended up happening to him. But I do remember wondering why he was out driving a drop-top Ferrari on such a rainy morning.

It turned dark and started pouring pretty heavily in DC around 9:30-9:45... I'm sure the GW parkway turned pretty slick in a hurry. Damn shame, hope the driver's OK.
